I hope you've been keeping track of what God's been doing this summer in the lives of students - an incredible week at Beach Camp, opportunities to serve at Vacation Bible School and Middle School One Voice Tour, fun and encouraging girl's events and a whole lot more. Then, this weekend, we head to Colorado for our Living Proof Mission Tour where we'll be working with the Edge Church and ministering to people all over the greater Denver area. I can see why God moved in such an awesome way at Beach Camp: it's so that our students would be prepared for an entire summer of spiritual challenge, growth and excitement.
I look forward to our mission tour with our high school students. This is always a great week for me to connect with them and serve alongside them in ministry. I'm also looking forward to the rest of our summer - it's not even close to being over yet! Take some time to read through the events and gatherings we have planned for the rest of the summer. We've designed them to help your student grow in their faith and in their relationships so a lot of what we will be doing will have a "community" feel. I want to encourage you to challenge your student to invite a friend to our summer events. Everything we'll be doing is something one of your student's friends can be a part of and each event or gathering to share in could help them move one step closer to a relationship with Christ and finding their purpose in this life. The days of summer aren't over yet...in fact, I think we're just getting warmed up.
